most of the North West.
Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and St Helens are all about ten minutes away, and Cheshire, Merseyside, the Wirral and North Wales aren’t much further. Which is a good reason to have a shop worth driving to.
Clubs, balls, bags, shoes, apparel, gloves, gadgets and the fairway mats you’ll need between November and March. If we haven’t got it, we’ll get it.
Meet the pro
John O’Neill
Head PGA Professional
John is a hugely respected PGA professional and coach. After several years at Blackburn Golf Club and Helsby Golf Club, he moved to Mersey Valley to push forward the retail and coaching operation.
“Golf coaching is all about you and what you want to get out of your game. We pride ourselves on being good listeners.” He has taught complete beginners and tour players who have competed in The Open — so whatever you turn up with, he has seen it.

Junior development
Group coaching every Saturday afternoon: golf skills, movement, etiquette, sportsmanship and competitive games. A clear pathway onto the course, an official handicap and junior competitions. Open to members and non-members.
