Padel is played in doubles on a court about a third the size of a tennis court, enclosed by glass and mesh. You serve underarm. The walls are in play. Rallies are long, the ball is slow, and almost nobody is bad at it after twenty minutes.
Doubles only
Four players, always. Sociable by design — it’s as much a night out as a workout.
Underarm serve
No serve to master, no intimidating first lesson. You’ll rally within minutes.
Walls in play
The ball comes off the glass, so points last. Fewer aces, more drama.

Book a beginners’ hour. Rackets provided, one coach, four people who have also never played. You’ll be rallying before the end of it.
