The St Mellion Suite
First floor, private bar, overlooking the fairways and greens. 11.8m × 7.8m, 2.8m high. Meeting and buffet lunch can both be served in the room for complete privacy.

The Griffin Room
Ground floor of the clubhouse, ideally suited to a board meeting, an interview panel or a small private dinner. 5.8m × 3.8m, 3m high.

The Boardroom
Set boardroom, U-shape or classroom. Screen, whiteboard and unlimited tea and coffee — the things that actually make a meeting work.
The food
A five-star kitchen,
and local suppliers.
Our kitchen holds a five-star food hygiene rating from St Helens Council. Ingredients come from local suppliers — the farm shop in Bold Heath, pies from the renowned Cottams of St Helens.
Hot and cold fork buffets, finger buffets, afternoon teas, two- and three-course sit-down meals, bacon baps at eight in the morning. Dietary requirements handled properly, not as an afterthought.

The St Mellion Suite takes 100 delegates theatre style with its own private bar and views over the course. Your meeting and your buffet lunch can both happen in the room, so you keep complete privacy.
And when the afternoon session starts to sag, there are two simulator bays, a putting green and eighteen holes forty yards from the door.

A quiet room,
and no rush.
Losing someone is always difficult. We can offer a tranquil, private setting for you and your guests to reflect and to celebrate a life properly.
The first-floor St Mellion Suite is peaceful and dignified, and the grounds — once a deer park — make a fitting backdrop. Family and friends are welcome to bring photographs, collages, albums or slideshows to display, and background music can be played in both downstairs rooms.
Catering ranges from hot and cold fork buffets to afternoon tea, and our events team will tailor everything around what the family needs. There is no charge for room hire.
